Susan Pointer moved from Tarkio MO to the Marshall area in 1987. She has a Ag Business Degree from Northwest Missouri State University. She has been involved in many community activities since moving to Marshall. She is an active member of the Chamber and Saline County Fair Board also past president of the Mid Day Optimist Club and the Central MO Board of Realtors. She and her husband Tim live at the Marshall Jct.
She has been employed at Marshall Monsanto Soybean Production facility for the past 15 years and found it to be a blessing to work for a company that gives back to the community the way Monsanto does. Through the Monsanto Fund the site has been able to award over $300,000 to Marshall and the surrounding communities. She is hoping this year the Chamber will grow and continue to support its members.
